I love this office! Everyone is so friendly and great. I had a filling done and I didn't even feel the shot, the dentist is so gentle. The ladies at the front were very helpful and my hygienist is awesome. See you in 6 months!

I had a wonderful first visit. My hygienist Lexy had an incredibly gentle hand and there was no pain associated with my cleaning. My favorite part was the massage dental chair that rubbed my back while I was being worked on. I will definitely come again.

The doctors and hygienists really listen to you and are engaged in your personal dental health experience. All of my visits to Optima in NW Portland have been easy and relatively painless. If they’re more expensive than other dentists, it’s worth it, because all of my dental work has held up perfectly, I get compliments on my teeth all the time (people don’t know they’re veneers), and they have massage chairs. 👌🏼

I’ve been seen here for the last 2 years and every visit is a Joy. From the customer service provided by the front desk staff (Emily), to the super personable and knowledgeable techs and the best dentist, the service is second to none. I cannot recommend this business enough. Your smile is one of the first things someone notices about you and with Optima, your smile is in the right hands.

I’ve never had issues going to the dentist and maintain healthy oral hygiene. I went in as a new patient for a routine cleaning. This was the best dental experience of my life. Friendly Administrative Professionals, best Hygienist, and a wonderful Doctor. Best clean I’ve ever had, and a very thorough exam with an excellent explanation and a minor treatment plan to address normal issues. Would recommend no one else for dental healthcare. These professionals obviously love what they do and it shows. Simply amazing!

The staff was professional and friendly. My whole experience was easy and timely. They picked up the phone right away when I called, as soon as I checked in my name was called to go back for my appointment. I had an hour long teeth whitening treatment and they checked in on me every 15 minutes to make sure I was still doing well. I would definitely go back!

What do I recommend about Optima Dental? I would have say everything. I have been with them for a year now; so far, 3 cleanings and 1 procedure regarding my receding gum line. From the first step into Optima Dental to the last step out is a surprisingly wonderful experience!!! You walk in and are greeted by the very nice ladies up front in the reception area. You have a water wall, massage chair, and tea to relax you in the patient lounge (waiting area) before being taken to the back. Once in the back and the fun begins, it’s professionalism by the dental hygienists and dentists / doctors. They are all very nice, funny, fun, and provide a calming environment. I would say I have been in the back for upwards of 4 hours worth of procedure time and never have I felt any pain; none!!! I would recommend this great dental office to anyone who wants great dental care in a very professional and kind environment.

I just started going to Optima Dental and let me tell you! I really enjoy coming here. The staff is great! Very professional and very patient with you going over the financial part of your visit. Doctor Clow is pretty great, from explaining procedure answering questions and not making you feel like your just another appointment he has to get through. Would recommend this place!

Great experience! Jordan at the front desk was informative and wonderful throughout the entire booking process as well as at check-in before and after my appointment--just so lovely! My teeth whitening technician, Faviola, was personable and friendly making my experience comfortable and easy. Haven't met the dentist yet, but staff seems very happy to be working in this office, so I definitely look forward to coming back in!
