Dr. Todd Berggren, DDS

Dr. Berggren, an accomplished Kirkland dentist, excels in a wide variety of dental procedures. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a minor in Biology and a minor in Business Management from Whitworth College (now University) in Spokane, WA. Completing his DDS degree at USC in sunny California, he then returned to the northwest, where he was born and raised. In his free time, Dr. Berggren enjoys outdoor activities such as jogging, racquetball, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and photography. When the weather is not as nice, he likes to spend time in music and art. He has played classical piano since age 5, electric guitar since age 16, and has spent hundreds of hours oil painting. He specializes in Sedation, Dental Implants, Veneers, and Wisdom Teeth Removal and he speaks Mandarin and Korean. He is married to his wife Julia, who teaches Kindergarten in Mukilteo, and they live with their dog, Obi and cat, Jinx. Dr. Todd is a very gentle and caring provider, he looks forward to meeting you in the near future.

Dr. Chantal Botros completed her dental education at the University of Pittsburg in Pennsylvania and her General Practice residency in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she lived and worked for 4 years after. Dr. Botros loves to treat patients of all ages and backgrounds, kids to adults, in all aspects of dentistry. Being of Egyptian origin, she is fluent in Arabic and French language. Kindness, compassion, and care are Dr. Botros’s main drives when treating her patients. She is very gentle and always cheerful, providing her patients a positive experience at every visit. Outside the dental office, Dr. Botros loves the great outdoors. She teaches Yoga on the side, and enjoys hiking.

Today was my first appointment at Kirkland Dentistry. I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time because I didn’t have insurance, and I was so nervous about how it would go because every dentist I have seen would always make me feel bad about not caring for my teeth well enough. I brought my two kids for cleanings as well. Not only did they not make me feel bad, but they encouraged me and said my teeth were amazing considering how long it had been. I could hear my kids laughing in the other room and their hygienist entertained them while I was getting my cleaning. They made me feel like I had been their patient for many years. Everyone from the front desk ladies, to the lady who gave me x rays, my dental hygienist, to the Dentist, were some of the nicest people I have ever met. My hygienist, Santiago, explained things to me about my teeth and mouth that no dentist had ever shared that also explained. Anyways, for the first time ever, I can’t wait to go back.
